At Lanier SCUBA, we take great pride in our courses and our instructors. We allow them the freedom to teach using various methods appropriate to each student’s needs. We allow plenty of time for our students to learn and practice each skill in order to become not only proficient but safe divers. Our pool training begins with the basics of Skin Diving skills and progressively introduces new equipment and skills until our students are capable of rescuing another diver, in trouble, from depth and begin rescue breathing on the surface if necessary.

RECREATIONAL DIVER

Recreational Diver is the introductory, open water certification course, which entails a minimum of twenty-four instructional hours.
